Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at i-s-b-c.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. For now the entire site has free shipping upto $50.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses not allowed

i-s-b-c.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories We do not ship to P O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

i-s-b-c.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

i-s-b-c.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@supportblackchildren.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

FAQ's

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER?

We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Unfortunately we are also unable to change your shipping address from a domestic US address to an International address, or from an International address to a domestic US address. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.....

CAN I CHANGE THE BILLING ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER?

Oops! Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!

 

CAN I CHANGE THE EMAIL ADDRESS TO MY ORDER?

Yes! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address. :)

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER I’VE PLACED IT?

No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I’VE PLACED IT?

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, you are unable to cancel or modify the order. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!

    I RECEIVED A PACKAGE, BUT IT WASN’T MY ORDER.

    We’re so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number and pictures of the following: the order packing slip with the stamped initial visible, and a picture of the products you did receive. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We’ll get YOUR order sent out asap!

    I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM.

    If you receive an incorrect order, we are so sorry for the mix up! Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within 14 days of delivery  with your order number and pictures of the following:

    • the order packing slip with the stamped initial visible,
    • a picture of the incorrect product
    • and a list of the products that are missing.

    We'll get back to you ASAP!

    I AM MISSING ITEM(S) IN MY ORDER.

    Oh no! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a list of the missing products. Please make sure to include a photo of the items you did receive and a picture of your packing slip. We will get back to you asap!

    **Discontinued items will be issued store credit for the amount paid. 

    DO DISCOUNT CODES EXPIRE?

    While some things last forever, our discount codes do not. All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time that they are issued, so that you can plan your shopping date accordingly! Please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed. 

     

    HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

    We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Google pay, Apple Pay*!

     

    MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT.

    Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime! If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email our Customer Care team, within 14 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further! :)
